At IRA Couture, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality products with transparent service.
Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges except under specific conditions mentioned below.
A 1-Day Return Window is available only for eligible issues and only if all conditions are fulfilled.

Eligible for Return/Exchange (within 1 day of delivery):

• Wrong product received
• Missing item in the parcel
• Damaged product clearly visible in the unedited unpacking video

If approved, exchange or store credit will be provided as per our evaluation.

 

2. Mandatory Unpacking Video

To process any complaint, an unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Show the complete opening process without pause, cuts, or edits
• Clearly show the issue/damage at the time of opening

Complaints without an unpacking video will not be accepted.

Please avoid opening parcels with sharp objects to prevent accidental damage.

 

3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

Quality or Personal Expectation Issues

• No return/exchange on quality basis as individual perception varies.

Color Variation

• Slight color differences due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography will not be considered for return.

Handloom & Handmade Product Characteristics

The following are not defects and will not qualify for return:

• Minor thread pulls
• Small zari cuts
• Slight misprints
• Weave irregularities
• Uneven patterns
  These are natural characteristics of handloom/fancy sarees and reflect the beauty of craftsmanship.

 

4. Dispatch & Delivery

• All orders are dispatched as per schedule.
• For urgent deliveries, customers must inform us beforehand.

 

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if approved after inspection.
If eligible:

• Refund will be initiated within 9–15 working days to the original payment method or as store credit.

 

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only on the same day of placing the order, provided packing/shipping has not been initiated.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
